1. Who we are

This website is operated by Manceau & Associates LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("we", "us").

2. What we sell

We sell digital educational products: online courses, templates, guides and related resources. Products are described on their respective sales pages. All purchases are one-time payments unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout, within the timeframe stated on the product's sales page (at most 72 hours after payment). Access is granted for an unlimited duration unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed on each product page, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Your order is final once payment is confirmed, subject to the refund policy below.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are described in the Refund policy. Where a product page advertises a satisfaction guarantee, the terms on that page apply.

6. License and acceptable use

Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Sharing access, reselling, redistributing or using our content to build a competing product is prohibited.

7. No guarantee of results

Our products convey methods, tools and educational content. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (including hires made, savings achieved or revenue generated), which depends on your own implementation and external factors. Our content does not constitute legal, accounting or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
